Buon Ma Thuot Medical University (Trường Đại học Y Dược Buôn Ma Thuột), located in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, was officially established in 2014 and became a standalone medical university in 2022. The university follows a modern educational model that integrates training, research, and clinical practice through its School–Institute–Hospital system—making it the first of its kind in the region. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Public Health, with a strong emphasis on applied learning and community healthcare. The university is equipped with a smart, award-winning hospital facility featuring advanced medical technology, developed in partnership with Philips. With over 4,300 students currently enrolled, the institution has produced more than 1,600 graduates and continues to support learners through generous scholarships. It has also established international partnerships with institutions such as Kaohsiung Medical University (Taiwan) and maintains strong ties with Vietnamese medical universities and healthcare organizations.
